“Unraveling Care” between forests and mushroom picking

Penelope Volinia was invited for a month-long residency at the DIY art institution Ubiskes3 in rural Lithuania. During the festival “Where the Roots Grow Deep”, her final piece was a one-on-one experience in the outdoor kitchen. She created three bites inspired by the flavours of the surrounding forest and Samogitian regional traditions.
