More-than-human Humanities Workshop

Four days, twenty PhD researchers from all over Europe, a multitude of discussions and reflections—all made possible thanks to the wonderful activities and more-than-human encounters choreographed by the Environmental Humanities Research Group at the University of Bergen. Penelope contributed to the workshop with “Novelty Spikes on the Norwegian Plate: A Rejected Delicacy?”—a talk that highlighted the thorny relationship we often have with confronting the more-than-human as food.
