On the eve of Caesar salad's one hundredth birthday, the French newspaper 'Le Figaro' spoke with L. Sasha Gora, the project director of "Off the Menu," about the reporting she did for her 2019 article for 'BBC Travel' about the history of America's favourite salad. The feature, penned by Alice Bosio, is in the 3 July 2024 print edition of 'Le Figaro.'
