Foraging Walk with Penelope Volinia

Penelope Volinia led a foraging walk in the English Garden (Munich) for the RCC’s Decolonial Practices group. A couple of hours immersed in the green foliage discovering edible plants and preservation techniques. The event concluded with a wild aperitivo brought together by Penelope’s pantry: poppy leaves under oil, kecheck, lacto-fermented green plum, and homemade crackers with Hawthorne powder and wild garlic.
